1 Millions Satoshis giveaway Contest Rules

Eligibility
This giveaway is open to individuals worldwide, where participation is legally permitted. Entrants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their country of residence, whichever is higher. Employees, contractors, and affiliates of Sat Chats and Airwave Arcade are not eligible to participate. This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.
 

1. How to Enter
   No purchase necessary. To enter, subscribe to Sat Chats on YouTube (@SatChats) before the channel reaches 1,000 subscribers. Only publicly visible subscribers at the time of the drawing will be eligible.
    
2. Prize
   One (1) randomly selected winner will receive 1,000,000 satoshis (0.01 BTC). The prize will be sent to the winner’s valid Bitcoin wallet address. The winner is solely responsible for providing a correct and accessible wallet. Sat Chats is not responsible for lost or misdirected transfers.
    
3. Winner Selection & Notification
   The winner will be chosen at random once Sat Chats reaches 1,000 YouTube subscribers. The winner will be contacted via YouTube, email, or social media. If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.
    
4. Taxes & Compliance
   The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, or legal compliance related to receiving and using the prize in their country.
    
5. Liability & Disclaimers
    
   • Sat Chats and its affiliates are not responsible for technical issues, YouTube account errors, or entry failures.
   • This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by YouTube, Google, or any cryptocurrency platform.
   • By entering, participants agree to release Sat Chats from any liability related to the giveaway.

1. Modifications & Termination
   Sat Chats reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway if unforeseen circumstances arise, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, or regulatory changes.
